Q: What type of water tank it has and the way of mopping?

A: 1). Type of water tank: The model is equipped with an electronic water tank, which offers several water flow levels so you can fine-tune cleaning in app to match your floor types and preferences. 2). Way of mopping: a. It has 2 mop axles that can spin inwards to provide deeper cleaning performance. b. It's equipped with the FlexiArm Design mop, which can stretch out to cover edges, greatly improving edge cleaning ability.

Q: What is the difference among of 4 Carpet Avoidance Modes?

A: There are 4 obstacle avoidance modes: ①Rise: When a carpet is detected, the mop is lifted and water flow is stopped for carpet vacuuming. ②Avoid: The robot will avoid carpets altogether. ③Ignore: Suitable for environments where there is no carpet or where mats can be mopped. ④Cross: Cross the carpet is suitable for door mats or carpets. Cross them without cleaning.

Q: What does Vacuum carpet first or Deep Carpet cleaning stand for?

A: Vacuum carpet first: The robot will vacuum carpets recognized on the map, when a cleaning cycle is initiated. After that, it will go back to wash mop pads, and clean rest areas.
 Deep carpet cleaning: The robot will vacuum recognized carpet on the map twice in a cross-hatch pattern.

Q: How many washing modes are there and what's the difference between them?

A: There are 4 cleaning modes available, Smart, Light, Balanced, and Deep.
 1.Smart mode is smart automatically adjust the water volume and duration of mop washing based on the degree of dirt.
 2.Light mode is suitable for clean environment, with reduced cleaning time and water consumption.
 3.Balanced is suitable for medium-sized homes, with balanced cleaning speed and performance.
 4.Deep is suitable for occasional deep cleaning, with higher water consumption and longer cleaning time.
